Research Progress on Cerebral Protection of Astragaloside Ⅳ

摘要: 黄芪作为传统中药,在我国已有两千多年的应用史,其主要活性成分黄芪甲苷(astragalosideⅣ,AS-Ⅳ)具有广泛的药理活性,特别是对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有较好的治疗作用。综合近年来国内外关于黄芪甲苷的研究进展,就黄芪甲苷脑保护作用及作用机制进行综述,以期对黄芪甲苷的深入研究和临床应用提供参考。

Abstract: As a traditional Chinese medicine, Astragalus membranaceus has been widely used over 2,000 years in China. The primary active component of Astragalus membranaceus is astragaloside Ⅳ which has extensive pharmacological activities, especially on the treatment of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury. According to vast information from literatures regarding astragaloside Ⅳ published in recent years at home and abroad, we summarize cerebral protective effect of astragaloside Ⅳ and its underling mechanism, in hopes of offering more clues for further research as well as clinical application of AS-Ⅳ.
