Abstract: The seedling transplantation was the effective way to improve the sowing survival rate of Ceratoides arborescens in arid area. The comparative experimental research was conducted to study survival rate of Ceratoides arborescens in different age and different transplanting period by treat with rooting powder,water-retaining agent, water soaking and root pruning. The results showed that the survival rate was 72.6% when Ceratoides arborescens was transplanted in spring, and 90.3% in fall. The medicament treatment can effectively improve survival rate of Ceratoides arborescens.
