Abstract: Climate is one of the most important environmental conditions for agriculture development. Agriculture usually faces global warming and frequent emerge of extreme weather, so how to adapt to climatic and environmental change has been an important subject in agricultural sustainable development. Due to the adjustment of atmosphere circulation, there was abnormal climate in Chaoyang Area of Liaoning Province in November, 2012, and the most snowfall, less sunshine and continuous low temperature caused large effects on agriculture, animal husbandry and transportation.
