Survey on the Application of Alfalfa Saponin in Animal Production

Abstract: Alfalfa saponin could regulate the lipid metabolism, reduce the cholesterin content in the blood, strengthen the body immunity and antioxidation function and enhance the production performance of animal and poultry. It was shown that alfalfa saponin could be widely used in animal production. The application survey of alfalfa saponin in animal production was reviewed.
