Abstract: The present study accessed the impacts of two commercial plant growth regulators, ″Zhuanggenling″ and Chlormequat Chloride（CCC, commercial name ″Aizhuangsu″）, on yield and polysaccharide content of Polygonatum odoratum. The Polygonatum odoratum was treated with 1 000, 2 000 and 3 000 mg/L of ″Zhuanggenling″ and ″Aizhuangsu″, respectively. The results showed that yield and polysaccharide content of Polygonatum odoratum were increased by treatment of different concentrations of″Aizhuangsu″.
