摘要: 诱导分化培养在6-BA与ZT、CH按一定的浓度配比使用,对丛生芽的分化有显著的促进作用;在增殖培养中,单独使用6-BA比6-BA与NAA配比使用效果更好。6-BA浓度在1-3范围内,随着浓度的增加,芽的增殖倍数也在增加;在诱根培养中,MV培养基诱根率较高。

Abstract: Guidance differentiation cultivates in 6-BA and ZT.CH are qualified for according to certain thickness than being put into use.Bud's differentiation has notable promoting to growing thickly effect.Train middle in proliferation. That alone, usage 6-BA is compared to BA and NAA is qualified for is much more better than using effect.BA thickness is in 1-3 range inner.With the thickness increasing by.Bud's proliferation times are also increasing by.Train middle in inducing root. The MV culture medium induces rates comparatively highly.
