酸性土壤交换性钙、镁测定方法的探讨

Issues on Exchangeable Calcium and Magnesium Determined Method in Acid Soil

摘要: 通过对酸性土壤交换性钙、镁、钾、钠、速效钾和阳离子交换量不同提取方法和不同振荡时间的测定结果的比较分析,得出同一处理液(即2g土样加50ml1N乙酸铵振荡10min)可同时测定交换性钙、镁、钾、钠、速效钾和阳离子交换量,此方法与GB7865—87、GB7866—87、GB7856—87、GB7863—87测定结果无显著差异,且方法更加简单、快速,分析成本大大降低,极大地提高了工作效率,是在批量测试时值得推广的方法。

Abstract: The comparison and selection within different extraction methods of exchangeable calcium,magnesium,potassium, sodium,fast-acting potassium and cation exchange quantity and different durations of shake in the acid soil were conduced in this study.The results showed that the calcium,magnesium, potassium,sodium,fast-acting potassium and cation exchange quantity could be measured in a common test solution (50ml 1N ammonium acetate per 2g soil, 10 min shake).Compared with the GB7865-87,GB7866-87,GB7856-87 and GB7863-87,this method was worth applying and extending in soil batch determination because of its simpler,quicker and low cost,high efficiency characteristic.
