摘要： 对平菇的生物学特性进行研究是平菇栽培的重要前提条件。只有了解并掌握平菇的生物学特性，才能获得平菇栽培的最大成功，创最优产量和最高效益。
Abstract: The biological characteristics of Pleurotus ostreatus study is an important prerequisite for mushroom cultivation. Only by understanding and mastering the human biological characteristics of Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation in order to obtain the greatest success ,creating the optimal output and maximum efficiency.
