摘要: 农业技术创新分为基础性技术创新和改进型技术创新,每种技术创新的推广是一个农业生产技术被社会接纳的过程,其中不仅包括农业技术科研主体和农业技术推广主体,还包括农业技术接纳主体,以及自然环境、传统习惯、政策因素等多方面参与的过程。文章以实地调研为例分析在农业技术推广过程中各种制约因素,并针对这些因素提出一些政策建议。

Abstract: Agricultural technology innovation includs basic technical innovation and improved technology innovation.Agricultural technology innovation extension is a process that agricultural production technology is accepted by people.This includes not only the main agricultural technologies and agricultural technology extension research subjects,but also accepted by the main agricultural technologies,as well as the natural environment,traditional customs,policy factors,and other aspects.The paper analyzes various constraints of agricultural technology extension,and offer some suggestions for these constraints.
