Abstract: In this paper,we made a comprehensive analysis of Tongliao City＇s terrain,environmental and physical conditions,and obtained the change of size and intensity in various weather systems across the border,by the terrain.Tongliao City＇s terrain is complex,contained mountains,plains,as well as the ramp under the flood plains.Beginning of the physical quantity of flow over mountain,we made a detailed analysis of the airflow horizontal,vertical changes,to explain the effect of physical factors of rise conditions in the development and changes of clouds and rain.We analyzed various weather systems,aimed at in forecasting process,can more accurately grasp the precipitation forecast,help to improve forecast accuracy.
