摘要： 文章通过对目前农村土地纠纷基本现状的分析,土地承包纠纷类型的总结,指出农村土地承包纠纷工作中存在的问题,并提出了下一步工作思路和采取的重点措施。
Abstract: In this paper, through analysis of the present situation of rural land dispute and summarize the basic types of land contract disputes, the exist problems in the rural land contract disputes were pointed out, the ideas and the key measures to the next step of work were also put forward.
