高效液相色谱-质谱法对水产品中孔雀石绿、隐性孔雀石绿及己烯雌酚的测定

Determination of diethylstilbestrol, malachite green and leumalachite green by high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要: 文章通过对水产品中孔雀石绿、隐性孔雀石绿及己烯雌酚的测定研究,优化了孔雀石绿、隐性孔雀石绿及己烯雌酚的质谱条件,并建立了同时测定水产品中这三种物质的高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法。利用此方法分析时间较短,且灵敏度高,回收率和重现性等均能满足定量分析要求,结果准确可靠。适于水产品中孔雀石绿、隐性孔雀石绿及己烯雌酚标准物质的同时测定,尤其适合大批量样品快速准确的定性定量分析。

Abstract: The mass spectrometry param eters for determine diethylstilbestrol, malachite green, leumalachite green was optimized and a high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of three compounds. The results showed that such a method had the advantages of time-saving, with high sensitivity and accuracy, and it was suitable for quantitative analysis of diethylstilbestrol, malachite green, leumalachite green at same time,especially suitable for large quantities of samples.
