盐胁迫对甘草幼苗生长及其生理生化特性的影响

Influence of salt stress on glycyrrhiza seedling growth and physiological and biochemical indexes

摘要: 该研究以乌拉尔甘草幼苗为试材,采用不同盐浓度溶液(0,50,100,200mmol/L)浇灌幼苗的处理方法,研究不同盐胁迫处理对甘草幼苗生长及其生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,低盐浓度(50mmol/L)T,甘草幼苗生长健壮,根系发达,叶片相对含水量较对照均无明显变化,束缚水/自由水和叶绿素含量较对照显著增高;较高盐浓度溶液处理后(100-200mmol/L),甘草幼苗的生物量明显下降,叶片相对电导率以及束缚水/自由水上升,叶片相对含水量和叶绿素a/b下降,且上述变化趋势随盐溶液浓度升高而增强。表明甘草幼苗对低浓度盐胁迫(50mmol/L)具有一定适应性。

Abstract: In this study,the glycyrrhiza uralensi, s seedlings as test materials,using different concentration of salt solution (0,50,100,200 mmol/L) watering seedling treatment,the influence of different salt stress treatment on glycyrrhiza seedling growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics were studied. The results showed that under the lower salt concentration (50 mmol/L), strong growth of glycyrrhiza seedling,developed root and leaf relative water content than control group had no obvious change ;bound water/free water and chlorophyll content were significantly higher than control group. Under high salt concentration solution treatment (100,200 mmol/L), glycyrrhiza seedling biomass decreased obviously; leaf relative electrical conductivity and bound water/free water increased;leaf relative water content and chlorophyll a/b decreased and the change trend increased with concentration of salt solution. The low concentration of salt stress by liquorice seedlings (50 mmol/L) had certain adaptability.
