Abstract: C-D Production Function was established according to the panel data to analyze the output efficiency against the capital and labor input,and the Function itself had the requirement of optimality. In this paper, DEA was introduced to improve the production function. We evaluated the production efficiency of every year＇s input-output combination of various provinces and cities by DEA. The results showed that the regression model based on DEA had a reasonable explanation and economical significance.
