Abstract: The comparison and selection within different extraction methods of exchangeable calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium,fast-acting potassium and cation exchange quantity and different durations of shake in the acid soil were conduced in this study. The results showed that the calcium, magnesium, potassium,sodium,fast-acting potassium and cation exchange quantity could be measured in a common test solution (50ml 1N ammonium acetate per 2g soil, 10 min shake).Compared with the GB7865-87,GB7866-87,GB7856-87 and GB7863-87,this method was worth applying and extending in soil batch determination because of its simpler, quicker and low cost, high efficiency characteristic.
