Quantitative Study on Rural Minimum Living Security Standard in China

Abstract: China is a large agricultural country, the rural population accounted for 80% of the country's population is about 900,000,000, for such a great group, the minimum living security problem is the relationship with the social progress and stability, a balanced development of economy is a important problem We focus on all levels of government to solve. The building of Rural minimum living security system provides a good blueprint as to alleviate rural poverty, but there are many issues that need to be resolved. Among them, it is a key problem how to make the standard of the minimum living guarantee, It is a more concerned focus of international community too. This article analyzes the current academic research on rural minimum living security line and international method estimated the minimum subsistence support line, from the perspective of an econometric model to explore the formulation of the minimum security line .
