  • Quantitative Study on Rural Minimum Living Security Standard in China

    China is a large agricultural country, the rural population accounted for 80% of the country's population is about 900,000,000, for such a great group, the minimum living security problem is the relationship with the social progress and stability, a balanced development of economy is a important problem We focus on all levels of government to solve. The building of Rural minimum living security system provides a good blueprint as to alleviate rural poverty, but there are many issues that need to be resolved. Among them, it is a key problem how to make the standard of the minimum living guarantee, It is a more concerned focus of international community too. This article analyzes the current academic research on rural minimum living security line and international method estimated the minimum subsistence support line, from the perspective of an econometric model to explore the formulation of the minimum security line .

    A one year field experiment was conducted once to access the effect of plastic film mulching on emerging time, changes of water content in soil surrounding root, biological yield,average yield and commodity rate of potato in dry land. The results showed: Comparing with open field cultivation,plastic film mulching cultivation reduced the growth period of potato by 15 days,increased the dry matter content of the plant significantly,improved both the average yield of tubers by 605.8kg/667m^2 and the commodity rate of tubers by 19.2%.Plastic film mulching cultivation increased not only the yield but also the economic benefit.

    This paper had sdudied the variation characteristics of soil organic carbon, soil microbial and Soil respiration on different vegetation to analyze results and come to the conclusion:there was significant difference (P〈0.05) from the soil organic carbon under different vegetation,and it was most favorable to plant sudan grass to increase soil organic carbon; there was significant difference (P〈0.05) from the soil bacteria under different vegetation,and the order of the average on soil bacteria showed maize 〉 sudan grass 〉 alfalfa 〉 bare land;the maximum value of earbondioxide emission quantity of soil planting different vegetation appeared July,and the order of peak was sudan grass〉 alfalfa〉maize 〉bare land,also,there was significant difference (P〈0.05) from the soil organic carbon under different vegetation.

    By field comparing trail on proportion of N,P,K, and density of Mengpiyihao barley in Hetao irrigated area of Inner Mongolia, a 4-factor and 2-degree regression model was set up, which can offer the theoretical basic for high quality and high yield of Mengpiyihao barley in Hetao irrigated area. The Results showed there was a obvious effect on yield by rational application of N,P,K and Density. According to mathematic model, when N:8.0000kg/667m^2,P2O5:8.0000kg/667m^2, K2O: 2.5000kg/667m^2,sown seed amount: 21.1261kg/667m^2 (50g/1000seeds), the highest yield can reach to 723.2109kg/667m^2 .When N: 7.093kg/667m^2,P2O5:3.730kg/667m^2, K2O:4.580kg/667m^2,sown seed amount: 20.520kg/667m^2 (50g/1000seeds), the optimum yield was 549.7956 kg/666m^2.

    The selection of domestic and five new varieties of sugar beet to Tianyan 309 for control, to carry out pilot production of new. The results showed that: Participation Examination five new varieties yield than the control by 17.1% -51.2%; sugar content than the control rate of 0.3-2.02 percentage points lower, sugar yield than the control 8.6% -32.5% high. Sweet one of Nongda Institute on the 4th for the high-yielding variety, suitable for large-area promotion; KWS9145, KWS5145 sugar by taking measures to improve the rate of its sugar content, can be used as with the use of varieties.

    A field experiment was conducted to access the fertilizer efficiency of bulk-blended fertilizers (BB fertilizer1#, 6#and 7#) on rice. The results showed that all the three bulk-blended fertilizers (BB fertilizer1#, 6#and 7#) were suitable to apply on rice, and if the application of net nitrogen was 18kg/667m^2,meanwhile applying BB fertilizer 7# as base fertilizer, whose reagent ration was N:P:K=30:12:10cl,both the yield and the investment efficiency would be highest.

    This experiment was to explore platelet parameters change in Guangxi Bama miniature pig infected by porcine circovirus-like agent P1.Twelve Guangxi Bama miniature pigs at 1 month of age were randomly designated to two groups of 6 each. Group 1 pigs were each injected into the superficial inguinal lymph nodes with the cloned P1 plasmid DNA and pigs in group 2 served as controls. The peripheral blood platelet parameters of the pigs were detected with the automatic hematology analytic instrument at 3,8,17,24,31 and 40 days postinoculation (dpi).The statistic results showed that the mean platelet volume(MPV) were no significant difference between two groups. However, the platelet total(PLT) and plateletcrit(PCT) in porcine circovirus-like agent P1 infection were significantly decreased at 8 dpi (P〈0.05) and platelet distribution width (PDW) be at 17 dpi (V〈0.05).

    To construct tir-stx fusion gene, the DNA fragments encoding middle 295 amino acids (Tir295)of tir and 72 amino acids (Stx72)of Stxlb and Stx2b were fused in turn in frame with the multiple cloning sites of pET-28a, and the recombinant plasmid of pET28a- Stx2b-Tir-Stxlb was transferred to host cells E.coli BL21 strain (DE3). Then, the protein was induced and expressed with induction of IPTG. The expression quantities and style of fusion protein were determined by SDS-PAGE and thin layer scanning results showed that amount of expressed fusion protein was 30% in total of bacteria protein. Because the fusion protein was consisted of tir295, and stxb72 antigens, it can evoke immune responses against tir295 and stxb72. The tir-stxb fusion protein expressed in E.coli could offer an important ingredient that should be consider in construction of recombinant EHEC O157 vaccine or preparation of experimental material for the monoclonal antibody.

    Orthogonal experiments and sensory evaluation were used to evaluate and optimize the influences of calcium chloride solution injection,papain solution injection,phosphate compound solution injection on the tenderness of mutton,ete.The experimental results revealed that the concentration and injection volume of calcium chloride and phosphate compound solution, papain solution and treatment time significantly aftected the tenderness of mutton (P〈0.05).

    Aim to select the optimum extracting procedure for polysaeeharide from Cordyceps militaris (L.)Link. Methods Microwave radiation method was compared with traditional water extraction method. The optimum extracting procedure was selected with the polysaccharide from Cordyceps militaris (L.)Link by orthogonal test design. Results The best extracting procedure of microwave radiation method was as following: microwave radiant intensity 550 W, Solid-to-Solution Ratio 1:30 and extracting time 30s for once. The best extracting procedure of water extraction was as following:60℃ for 3h and Solid-to- Solution Ratio 1:30 for twice, and the yield of polysaeeharide is 3.35%. Conclusion The optimum extracting procedure of microwave radiation method was speedy , economical and less-contamination for the vehicle of water, and it is beneficial to extract thermal-instable materials. The extraction method was simple , resonable and reliable.

    The winter habitat selection of the Common Pheasant (Phasianus colchicus) was studied in Liu pan Mountain National Nature Reserve from January to April 2008.91 used plots used by the Common Pheasant were located and measured in 20 transects crossing the whole study area. 19 habitat factors related to the used sites were examined in Liu Pan Mountain.After the frequency statistics and principal component analysis of the relevant factors of the Common Pheasant winter habitat selection in Liupan Mountain Nature Reserve,the results show that:the Common Pheasant preferred habitats with rare trees in local and low number of trees or have no trees; they also preferred to use the buck thorn shrub and mixed shrub, and prefer the habitats with high number of shrubs, smaller-diameter bushes and low shrnb.The coverage of vegetation is also one of the main factors in the Common Pheasant winter habitat selection.The Common Pheasant preferred to use high coverage of vegetation in the habitat.The Common Pheasant also preferred to use lower slope,sunny slope and semi-sunny,but had a low interest on the shady slope.The Common Pheasant preferred to keep a long distance from the road and residential area,to avoid the disturbance of human.What' s more,the Common Pheasant preferred habitat close to the water,with less snow and higher hiding cover.Overall,the food and hidden conditions are the basic factors affecting the winter habitat selection and use of the Common Pheasant,and the habitat selection is based on these two factors.
