Abstract: Though the study of anther culture and regeneration on linseed,we compare the different anther culture capacity with different genotype and the variation callus induction by pretreatments.Tbe purpose is building a high regeneration under anther culture and finding the best genotype of linseed,at the same time to prove perfect breeding materials.The linseed regeneration system would be the effective method for bioteehnology and breeding mutation on flax improvement.
