Abstract: Out the use of.311-A saturated Design, which is the establishment of a Irrigation Quota, nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer production of oats on the mathematical model, and crude ash, crude protein,total-N,total-P,total-K,plant leaf area and yield in the mature of Oat were determined, research on N ,P and water production coupled with the effects of mature plants and coarse ash, crude protein,total-N,total-P,total-K,plant leaf area and the correlation between production. The results showed that: its relevance for the order: plant leaf area〉total K〉total N〉total P〉coarse ash〉crude protein, plant leaf area and yield were significantly related.Through the study of N,P,water production plant, can be drawn that: N: 200kg/hm^2, P:102kg/ bin^2, water800mm proportion of the conditions to achieve maximum production.
