Abstract: The peroxidase（POD） isodynamic enzyme zymograms and esterase（EST） isodynamic enzyme zymograms in 7 kinds of tissues including heart、muscle、spleen、the stomach、intestines、liver and lung organization in Mongolian sheep were studied and analyzed by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis（PAGE） .The analysis for phenotype of two kinds of isodynamic enzyme zymogram has been carried out at the same time.The results indicated that there are obvious tissue specifications displaying by zymograms of EST isodynamic enzyme and of POD isodynamic enzyme;isodynamic enzyme kinds and activities are adaptable to the tissue function It offers some reference usage for Mongolian sheep biochemistry analysis and genetic studies.
