    Select the number of employed, such as arable land 10 indicators for evaluating the Inner Mongolia 12 leagues and cities,the level of agricultural productivity evaluation.The study found that the region of the Leagues and Cities,agricultural productivity value associated with certain changes and associated value of living in the top six in leagues and cities,leagues and cities,representing the eastern part of five,according to the value of the order of:Tongliao City, Chifeng City,Hulunbeier City, Wulanchabu City and Xingan League,Bayannaoer city is located in the western district fourth place,Huhhot,Erdos,Baotou City, Xilin guole League,Wuhai City and Alashan in 7-12 place.

    Grazing ban works grassland eco-construction of the country a major strategic initiatives, to protect and improve the grassland ecological environment and promote sustainable development of grassland animal husbandry is of great significance. This article works through the implementation of the process of analysis of various information, evaluatate about the ecological, economic and social benefits.     This paper presents the current situation,progress and problem on mechanism,method and index in wheat seedling resistance drought.At the same time,it presents method of raising resistance drought in wheat seedling on using hormone.The indexess can all be used as well parameters for drought-risistant indentification in wheat seedling that are seedling livability,relative germination percentage,transform percentage of reserve material,length of embryo sprout sheath,leaves opposite water content,SOD,CAT,POD. The simple and correct method is repeat drought in wheat seedling.

    This examination has five disposal about density,the planting quantity is about 2400~6600 thousand grain each square meter per hour.It can change 1050 thousand grain each square meter per hour.The result of the examination expresses that the side-planting method is used in Zhuanglang tour which plants wheat in dryland and cold.The candex will grow the fringy wheat,the wheat doesn’t good if it is planted in channel.The reasonable wheat group-density is 3600 thousand each square meter.That is,the planting quantity is 4500 thousand grain each square meter per hour.

    The dynamic changes of some growth and photosynthesis characteristics of one year old seedlings of Ailanthus ahissima were tested under various salt stress condition in order to study the specific feature of salt tolerance of this tree species .The result shows that salt stress treatments significantly reduce the height growth of tree seedlings .The fresh leaf weights per unit area appear an increasing trend as the increase of salt contents in treatments.However the total leaf-area per seedling appear a decrease trend.Stoma is the major factor affecting photosynthesis in the initial period of treatment and leaf mesophyll is then becoming another major factor affecting photosynthesis in the late period treatments.

    At different temperatures and pharmaceutical treatment, we studied germination characteristics of 5 Koeleria cristata (L.) Pets population's seeds from three regions. The results showed that: (1)In 25 ℃ constant temperature, the average germination rate of Koeleria cristata (L.) Pers seeds are 88.16%,total germination time is 8d; In varied temperature and 15 ℃ constant temperature,the average germination rate are 80% and 50.8%, total germination time is 13d and 14d, low temperature significantly reduced germination rate and delayed the germination process of Koeleria cristata (L.) Pers seeds. (2)In 25 ℃ constant temperature, Koeleria cristata (L.) Pets seeds from Da Qing Shan region had highest germination rate, is up to 94%; In varied temperature, Koeleria cristata (L.) Pers seeds from Zhao He region had highest germination rate,is up to 85.20 %. (3) after soaking the seeds in gibberellic acid, in 15 ℃ constant temperature all seeds germination rate generally increased from 50% to 87% and the total germination time shortened by 8-10d;But in 25 ℃ constant temperature germination rate of k seeds from Da Qing Shah region decreased to 84%, from the Xilin Go LE Grassland, Zhao He grass region have been increased.

    The peroxidase(POD) isodynamic enzyme zymograms and esterase(EST) isodynamic enzyme zymograms in 7 kinds of tissues including heart、muscle、spleen、the stomach、intestines、liver and lung organization in Mongolian sheep were studied and analyzed by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) .The analysis for phenotype of two kinds of isodynamic enzyme zymogram has been carried out at the same time.The results indicated that there are obvious tissue specifications displaying by zymograms of EST isodynamic enzyme and of POD isodynamic enzyme;isodynamic enzyme kinds and activities are adaptable to the tissue function It offers some reference usage for Mongolian sheep biochemistry analysis and genetic studies.

In recent years along with the Chinese matrimony-vine price's unceasing rise,farmer's blind massive applied nitrogen, creates the nonessential waste.Through the Chinese matrimony-vine nitrogenous fertilizer employment quantity experiment, obtains the Chinese matrimony-vine in the coordinate employment phosphorus, in the potassium fertilizer situation,the nitrogenous fertilizer achieves when the ration increases production the effect to be best;This test result, north the original state area in the Sichuan water Chinese matrimony-vine production,in the soil medium fertility,the period of duration most little has four above times irrigates the condition the land parcel,667m2 executes nitrogen 45kg,when coordinate employment phosphorus 30kg,potassium 30kg the output reaches 375.0kg,(does not apply fertilizer) compared to the comparison increases production 50kg/667m2,increases production 15.3%. But 667m2 executes time nitrogen 60kg decline of production.Obviously,along with Shi Danliang increase,the Chinese matrimony-vine output has the ohvious production increase effect,when achieves 60 kilogram / 667m2,the output instead drops.

    In 2007,the mixed fertilization of green manure and cattle manure on soil fertility was studied in order to find out the comprehensive utilization of green manure and its fertilizing role on soil.The results shows that,on the base of using nitrogen(N) ,phosphorus(P) and potassium(K) in balance,the effect of mixed application of Lequminosae green manure and cattle manure was better than Lequminosae green manure.Available nitrogen(AN) ,available phosphorus(AP) and available potassium(AK) had significant effects on soil organic matter content.

    Mechanized Anti-Drought Potato Cultivation measure is a new technology for the mass planting of potatoes under the state-of-the-art agricultural productivity. This technology works against drought, increases productivity, saves cost and improves effectiveness. Xiji county is one of the major potato producers of China,from which the potatoes are well-known for their quality across the domestic market. Under the lasting limitation of its arid climate and the undeveloped planting methodology,the productivity is hindered by the high cost and low efficiency in the production process,which is limiting its industrialization.The core questions are: is mechanization appropriate to the potato production process of Xiji county?How effective is it?How to make use of the existing conditions to develop a mechanized anti-drought potato cultivation technology?This paper combines the study with the implementation of industrialization program to conduct an experimental analysis of mechanized and manual planting of potatoes;it delivers essential opinions and suggestions in the attempt to contribute to the future development of mechanized production of potatoes in Xiji county.

    In the method of nucleo-cytoplasmic interraetion male sterility heterosis,Keyang No.5 (old code: T95),a new triple crossing hybridization of confection sunflower,was bred by the way of test cross,back cross and self cross.This cultivar possessed of fertility,disease resistance and good commodity characters. In Regional Test of Inner Mongolia,the yield of Keyang No.5 was 3406.5kg/hm2.which out-yielded the control DK119 by 13.24% and SH909 by 9.30%.

    According to the variance plant from local Yellow Millet mutant,Chi Mi-1 is formed through years of selection by Institute of Agricultural Sciences of Chifeng City,the procreate time is 102 days. When participated in municipality trial during 2007 to 2008,the average output is 258.8 kilograms / mu,whieh was increased 12.1% compared with the control trial.In 2008 participated in municipality produce trial,the average output is 361.8 kilograms/mu,which was increased 12.2% compared with the control.Chi Mi-1 has many characteristics than original varieties such as higher output,anti-shattering,strong resistance and good grain quality.

    The efficacy of eight kinds of insecticides were evaluated against aphids in wheat field,and carried on the variance analysis,it screened the best insecticides against the aphids in wheat field.The results showed that 6%IA EC、10%imidacloprid EC and 3%acetamiprid EC had quickly available,10%imidacloprid EC、3%acetamiprid EC、0.9%abamectin EC、6%IA EC、5% betacypermethrin EC and 7.5%AcI EC had high lasting available.6%IA EC、10%imidacloprid EC and 0.9%abamectin EC had long effect.Overall evaluation,6%IA EC and 10% ,imidacloprid EC had high control efficiency. Their quickly available is over 98%, lasting available is over 98% ,long effect is over 50% ;3% acetamiprid EC,20% celastrus angulatus EC,5% betacypermethrin EC,0.9%abamectin EC and 7.5%Aci EC belonged to the medium level, the controlling efficiency of the above insecticides is higher than the contrast. This paper will provide a scientific basis in agricultural production against wheat aphids.

    Syringa spp.are important in the virescence and beautification in Baotou city,Inner Mongolia.Different species of Syringa spp.flower very differently,it is not only on the account of the climate,but also the species.The results obtained by investigating flowering features of the 14 species of Syringa in Baotou city,Inner Mongolia through three years indicated that the characteristices of different species have obvious varieties.S.pinnatifolia and S.persica did not flower.S.oblata flowered the earliest on May 1st or so and S.amurensis flowered the latest on June 16th or so.Single-factor variance analysis made to the 7 species in terms of their flowering periods indicated different species have different flowering features.

    With Nanxian City,hunan Province,as the object of the research,this paper conducts a quantitative analysis of land use regionalization.By using SPSS statistic analysis software and by means of hierarchical clustering method,the paper puts forward the land use regionalization results through comparing the primary regionalization schemes and analyzing the facts of all villages and towns qualitatively.The result shows that the hierarchical clustering analysis method is applicable in land use regionalization.
