Abstract: Food safety is on border, the focus of common concern to society as a whole issue, but also one of the challenges currently facing China.＇Sanlu milk powder＂ incident once again Chinese food safety issues into the cusp. Food safety issues seem to be getting worse,it is not coincidental, but under special conditions present multiple socio-eeonomic factors under the action of the moral results.To this end, an extensive solicitation of public opinion, through the four repeatedly modified and trial of the ＂Food Safety Law＂ was finally born, marking China＇s food safety work has entered a new stage.
