Abstract: Ruta graveolens is a kind of medicinal plants, there is a good contraceptive effect,it were made from plants destroy medicament so as to provide the theoretical basis for the mass production and application.Whole plants decoction in water and were made of poison bait,Then to fed the mice and observe the changes of the weight and rates of pregnancy and abortion prepregnancy and post-pregnant.Statistical analysis,weight has no increased efficiently poison bait group compare comparison group,rate of pregnancy has reduced and rates of abortion has increased efficiently.Ruta poison baits can effectively restrain the proliferation rate of mouse.
