Improvement of Detection Method for Sodium Cyclamate in Food

Abstract: The cyclamate in food was detected with capillary tube chromatography column.Compared with the national standard GB/T 5009.97-2003,pre-treatment was improved,which quicken the detection of cyclamate in food.Meanwhile,the detection was made more accurate and more samples can be detected.
