    In the region 10 City,select the Northeast sub-humid plains,the North Plateau Mountain area,northwest of arid and semi-plain areas and have strong regional representation of the 15 experimental sites plastic film residue on the overall situation of the region plastic film residue a comprehensive,systematic analysis.The results showed that the acres of the 15 test points,the total residual plastic film 0.01~2.40 kilograms in between the plastic film residual factor varied that year at 0.26%~72.73%.This shows that the region between the leagues and cities residue of plastic film are quite different experimental points Wulanchabu the highest rate of plastic film residue,to 72.73%,residual rate of more than 20% were:65.00% XilinGuole League,Baotou City,54.40 %,Ordos City,47%;residues was the highest Ulanqab 3951.85 tons,followed by Bayannao'er 1312.02 tons,Baotou City,1301.35 tons.

    Energy demand is becoming increasingly prominent problem,many countries have taken the research on the degradation of cellulose as an important research project.The enzymatic degradation of cellulose is an effective way to utilize cellulose.In this research field the fungal cellulase research is becoming mature at present.The fungal cellulase activity is normally relative high,for example in Trichoderma reesei,Trichoderma Viride,Trichoderma pseudokoningii.There are many reports about bacterial cellulase gene cloning,but it is generally acknowledged that bacterial cellulase activity is relative lower than the activity of fungal cellulases.As the world's most widely distributed organism the bacteria possess great exploitation value.This paper describes the current status of the research in the cloning of bacterial cellulase gene and gave a brief summary and analysis.

    To direct potassium fertilization for potato production in Inner Mongolia,the experiment of potassium fertilizer effects on potato was conducted at Damaoqi Inner Mongolia.The result revealed that:on the basis of same amount of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer,the agronomic traits and economic benefits of potato are all improved with the application of potassium amount increasing.When the application of potassium amount was 10kg/667m2,the total yield(2378.6kg/667m2),the weight per hole(0.642kg/hole),the potato size proportion(5.25),the water productivity efficiency(9.92kg/mm),and the economic benefits(2348.6Yuan/667m2) were the highest.

    It was studied to transfer the monoecious character of monoecious muskmelon to oriental melons with andromonoecious character through crossing.F1 hybrids expressed monoecism.The ratio of monoecism and andromonoecism in F2 generations was 3:1.Backcrossing with andromonoecious oriental melons,the generations showed monoecism and andromonoecism separated in the ratio of 1:1.The results showed that the monoecious character was controlled by single dominant gene,which heredity was simple and steady.The crossing generations had been developed with advanced characters as oriental melons through one crossing and two backcrossings.Moreover,two monoecious lines had been obtained through continuous self-crossing and selection,which will be used as a mother to make crossing seeds.

    The fact that forage crops in Inner Mongolia receive little,if any,fertilizer input is highly evident in the face of general decline in yields,quality,and soil quality.Given the importance of this land resource to the food production goals of China,the identification of balanced nutrient strategies is an integral part of creating a revitalized forage production system.The suitable varieties of alfalfa are No.1 ZhongMu,ChuangXin and AoHan in the north of the loess plateau.The effect of phosphate fertilizer was the best,followed by potash and nitrogen.NUE of N,P2O5 and K2O was 59.2%,20.0% and 58.8% respectively when they were applied corporately.

    Through different pairing groups of short castor gene and high castor,planting and researching plant height seperation test of their offspring,study the master gene heredity rule of castor high and short character.As a result,in F1 population,plant height doesn't separate,they are all of high character;in F2 populution shows two character separating,and character separation tally with 3:1,in BCF1 population high and short piant separation also happen,and tally with 1:1.Thus we infer that castor high and short character is controlled by one pair of allele gene,high plant is controlled by dominant gene T,and short plant is controlled by recessive genet.

    Field experiment of Fertilizer is a very important factor in soil testing fertilization.It also can obtain useful results about optimal dosages of fertilizer,time and method of supplying fertilizer.This studied will establish the optimal mode in planting caster and promote the cultivation system with high yield from field experiment.The conclusion is the yield observably increase with supplying nitrogenous fertilizer.The relativity is y =-0.2278x2+5.1452x+220.59,R2=0.6675.The appropriate dosages of nitrogenous fertilizer is 12kg/667m2 for planting castor in Ningxia Yellow River Irrigation Area.The same result as Phosphor.The relativity is y=-1.3618x2+19.403x+180.89,R2=0.8908,The appropriate dosages of phosphor is 8kg/667m2。

    The chafer grub is one of the most deleterious underground pest on lawn.In last few years,it became more prevalent in Baotou,Inner Mongolia,China.Underground chafer grubs were surveyed in Baotou area.Totally,we identified 7 species from 3 families,in which Holotrichia oblita was the dominant.Several pesticides were applied to the chafer grubs,and 40% isofenphos-methyl EC、48% Lorben EC present to be the most powerful chemicals for controlling the chafer grub population.
