Abstract: The efficiency of scientific and technological innovation of the six capital cities in central are compared and evaluated by DEA.Conclusions indicate the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation have a certain level of distribution,and reflects the differences in some aspects.DEA have strictly objective,multi-form of analysis is a necessary choice to measure the efficiency of the comprehensive system This conclusion can provide reference for management decisions.
