Abstract: The standard of Compensation is the key problem.This text takes the problem of the peasant household’ Compensation as an example,and analyzes the relation of the local government and peasant household,thus deduce the well balanced value of each M2 farmland between them.This text tries to answer the basic problem of compensation：How much is the compensation？ This may provide a good reference to the standard and related policies.
