Abstract: The party＇s 17 pointed out that the Fourth Plenary Session of the Party＇s grassroots organizations are fighting the party＇s work and the foundation is to implement the Party＇s line,principles and policies and various tasks of the fighting force.Building a new socialist countryside,we must promote innovation in the work of grass-roots party organizations,to enhance the vitality of party members and building a contingent of high-quality grass-roots party organization leaders.At present some of the rural party organizations in structure,function,style,performance on a more or less there are some problems,this,we must actively explore the market economy in rural party-building work under the conditions of new methods and new path,be focused on building new socialist countryside,strengthen the grass-roots party building,efforts to achieve the rural party ＂leadership team is good,party members and cadres is good,the working mechanism is good,well-off building performance is good,peasant masses good,＂ ＂five good＂ objectives and requirements.
