Abstract: In according to fact of drought in Yanan,the author analyzed character of water resources,current status,deterioration and utilization of water resources.At last,the paper put forward a series of countermeasures for solution that were based on local condition.For example,by water and soil conservation to protect valley,by turning the trunk channels into the main engineering and by strengthening rain-collected program and planting grass and trees in hillsand mountains,by enlarging capacity of water-cellor and so on,these ways made local limited precipitation were dam in arid areas so as to ease drought in Yanan.
