Abstract: Linum is the rich sourse of lignans which is one of the most important chemical constituents. Lignans have a variety of bioactivities such＇as anti-oxidation, anti-viral effect.SDG in Linum usitatissimum L is used as a health additives.This paper reviews the chemistry and bioactivity researches of genus Linum.
