    The tomato industry of Bayannao'er has been started in 2001,which has preliminary formed industrialization and large-scale development pattern till to 2006.The production of Tomato products has been developed from less than 30,000 tons to 620,000 tons,and the output accounts for over 40% of the nation's total,volume of trade accounted for 30% of the world' total. The Bayannao'er has a unique natural conditions,production of high quality tomatoes,good quality and strong competitive advantage,so it turned into the second largest tomato planting and producing region.Now,tomatoes have become one of main cultivated crops in Bayannao'er,the highest net income was showed by the various data. But there are some problems still in raw material production,transport and purchase,product promotion,etc.Therefore,the Government and various economic organizations must also strengthen management and guidance in order to make the tomato industry embarked on a healthy and sustainable development road.

    Intercropping of different maize varieties with wheat was studied by increasing maize plant density-6000 plant per mu while The conventional variety Badan3 was cultivated 4000 plants per mu. the comparative results showed that the yield was in a sequence of Xundan20〉ND314〉Badan3〉Yongyu3〉Zhenjin8. Comparing with Badan3, the yield of Xundan20 and ND314 increased by 17.1% and 10.2% respectively. Ear rows were almost invariant and kernels per row reduced, so yield increasing was owing to ears per mu increasing. Comparing with Badan3, the water use efficiency of Xundan20 and ND314 increased by 20.08% and 15.33% respectively. For Xundan20 and ND314, the largest leaf area index reached 7-8 and dry matter accumulation content before filling stage was higher than other varieties, so this would be large source for yield increasing.

    Based on chemical fertilizers and pesticides,farm plastics and film usage, energy consumption,sown area,agricuhure employed of number as a input indicators reductions to rural residents per capita net income,total agriculture,agriculture production and grain yield of three indicators of output indicators as building a regional agricultural cycle economic evaluation system,the use of DEA methods on the economic development of Inner Mongolia.Comparison found that the DEA model, only Xingan League,Tongliao City, Chifeng CityWulanchabu City,Erdos City,Bayannaoer city and Alashan the relative effectiveness of less than 1,and the remaining 5 regions equal to 1.The above seven leagues and cities for further analysis of the super-efficiency DEA found that the relative effectiveness of high to low is: Xilinguole League,Hulunbeier City,Hohhot and Baotou City Analysis of reasons for the relative void area found that the input side,there are various areas of excessive consumption of energy, farmland can not be rational and efficient use,excessive use of fertilizer and plastic sheeting and other issues of surplus labor, agricultural means of production into a direct result of the excessive costs of agricultural production,and the labor surplus has led to waste a lot of human resources and the region thus reducing the efficiency of the economy of the entire cycle.Therefore, the active region to adjust the industrial structure,strengthen the agricultural infrastructure,changing the traditional concept of the peasants,rich peasants persist through science and technology,technological innovation,the development of our region to become the key to the agricultural cycle.

    In order to construct oat high-yielding and high-quality cultivation model at northern foot of Yin Shan Mountain in Inner Mongolia,this article used the orthogonal design method to study the relationship between oat yields, quality and main factors of oat cultivation (lines,Sowing date, planting density,Nitrogen Fertilizer,phosphate fertilizer, irrigation quantity).The result show that The important order of factors to the yield is:irrigation quantity〉lines〉Nitrogen Fertilizer〉phosphate fertilizer〉Sowing date〉planting density.the Optimal Combination is A3B2C4D3E5F3 (lines:Keyan 1,sowing date:April 5,planting density:15kg/mu, Nitrogen Fertilizer:7.5kg/mu,phosphate fertilizer:15.0kg/mu,irrigation quantity:100m^3).The important order of the factors that affect the crude protein were lines,phosphate fertilizer, Sowing date,nitrogen fertilizer,planting density,irrigation quantity.The important order of the factors that affect the crude fat were lines,sowing date,phosphate fertilizer,planting density,irrigation quantity,nitrogen fertilizer.

    The experiment was carried out at Dalate County and two kinds of green manure crops (hairy vetch and common vetch)were cropped after wheat. The results were as the followings: The yield of hairy vetch (Vieia villosa Roth.) and common vetch (Vicia sativa L.) was 23.8 t/hm^2 and 20.1t/hm^2 respectively when they were ploughed down in the first autumn. In the following year, when the N fertilizer was decreased by 30% the yield of wheat decreased by 4.4% and 5.8% if the hairy vetch and common vetch were cropped in the last year and decreased by 10.1% if without any green manure. When the N fertilizer was decreased by 60% the yield of wheat decreased by 15.6% and 13.7% if the hairy vetch and common vetch were Cropped in the last year and decreased by 17.6% if without any green manure. So the green manure cropping could increase the N supplying of the soil.

    with the fresh vegetable soybean number 1 as the testing material,the effects of five different levels of density on root growth and yield were studied at the field.The result showed that: With the increase of plant density,the root dry weight,the spatial distribution root quantity,bleeding sap, root activity and yield increased at first and then decreases.But ratio of root/top showed the opposite results.Considering the vegetable soybean fresh pod yield and root system comprehensive characters,the 135 thousands plants per ha treat was proper, yield is 15185.50kg per ha.

    The high-yield cultivation measures of Hongju was studied with quadratic general rotating combination design method. The factors on the yield of Hongju were discussed,such as seeding age,density and fertilization.The results showed that, the influence of density and fertilization on tomato yield was significant,but seeding age was not.Besides,the interaction effect of density and seeding age reached very significant level, the interaction effect of density and base fertilization was also.In this experiment condition, equation simulation showed that the optimum cultivation program was density 2200 plants per 667m^2, seeding age 26-33 days,base fertilization 10-20kg per 667m^2, additional fertilization 60-80kg per 667m^2,Forecast yield 8630- 8883kg per 667m^2.

    Fifteen cuhivars of central plains tree peony were taken for observation test in Baotou area for two years, to investigate their survival rate and phenological period, and also their growth situation, fancy points, flower color and florescence were recorded.Gray-correlation analysis were used to evaluate their adaptability and ornamental.Seven cultivars including 'Yaohuang','Weizi','Zhaofen','Da huhong','Yu huangyi','Shi bahao'and'Kunshan yeguang' were selected to be suitable for openfieldculture;'Erqiao','Jin huanglun','Shou anhong' and 'Mo sajin ' could be grown by installation cultivation.The other cultivars, 'Luo yanghong', 'Zhuang yuanhong', 'Luo hanhong' and 'Yan hong' were not suitable for openfieldculture.This research were not only successfully selected the cultivars of central plains tree peony in Baotou,but also can be used as the reference for introduction of tree peony in this area.

    Tree peony cultured in vitro was studied for elect of basic media,combination of plant growth regulators,incubation condition on subculture status.The results showed that DKW medium and WPM medium were suitable basic medium for Tree Peony' s subculture. Suppling of 2.0-3.0mg/L BA and 0.5mg/L IAA or 0.05mg/L NAA could benefit the subculture.The plandets incubated at 20-25℃ had no significant difference in terms of the number of propagating buds,but the plantlets were aging and dead faster at 30℃.

    By common crop such as green peppert in Inner mongolia, on the base of the broad-spectrum Shengmingsu made by Inner mongolia YongYe nongfeng bio-tech limited liability company,by research on nutrient uptake feature of all the crop, developing one kind of special Shengmingsu which got of more pertintnce and more effictive.The rescuh indicated that the crop morphological index and production got any better effictive,but in the gradient test 1:500 is the best.From the fruit quality, applying the Shengmingsu, the content of the Vc and soluble solid were higher non-use.So we found Shengmingsu could improved the fruit quality.

    The over winter amount, pupation and emergence progress,adult population dynamics of Meadow Moth (Loxostege stietiealis L.)were observed systematically in Erdos and Ulan Qab from 2008 to 2009.The results showed that in part of banners/ counties of Erdos and UlanQab in 2008,the over wintering larvae of Loxostege sticticalis distributed widely,and the cocoon amount was higher, in which the over winter cocoon density up to 240/m^2 in Hangjin Banner. In 2009,the average density of over winter cocoon was 86.8/m^2 in Shangdu County (living cocoon density 46.8/m^2), which was 7.2 times than it in past years. Based on the over winter amount, spring rainfall and honey crops, it could be inferred that larvae of Loxostege sticticalis would cause severe damage in 2009,but actually Loxostege sticticalis larvae made light damage, although with larger winter generation adult amount.Therefore, the effect factors of Loxostege sticticalis forecast need further studying.

    This paper summarizes the analysis on study progress of control technology for protective tilling rape weed and its strategy study.It is concluded that at present the study progress of control technology for protective tilling rape weed is as follows: conducting the study on law of evolvement of protective tilling rape weed and forecasting the disaster caused by swart weeds; selecting the herbicides suitable for protective tilling rape fields, high-efficient and low-pollution; applying the lump sum herbicides in protective tilling rape fields;selecting the weeding machinery suitable for protective tilling rape fields;introducing the new trans-genetic and anti-herbicide species.And its strategies are as follows:emphasizing the weeding methods used between crops growing periods and non-growing periods; strengthening the combination of different herbicides;solving the machinery problems;strengthening the combination of fanning machinery and agriculture;strengthening the research for the variety of herbicides;further strengthening the study of weed control technology and its counter-part technology;solving the farmers" problems;breeding and introducing new species suitable for local protective tilling rape fields and carrying out reasonable rotation; increasing the input on project construction and science and technology.

    The area of vegetable cultivation in greenhouse of Chifeng region reaches 44000hm^2 by 2010.With the rapid development of greenhouse and using a large number of chemical fertilizer year after year,soil secondary salinization has become more serious.The authors made some production and research to understand this problem, found out the reasons for the formation of soil secondary salinization and proposed some control measures.
