Abstract: In article some statistics and comparatively intensive analysis on seed plants of Jiufeng Mountain Nature Reserve were given on families,genera and species,three main conclusions as followed：（1） Jiufeng Mountain Nature Reserve is in rich in flora and is found to have 71 species including 249 genera in 426 families,the plant species are abundant,and the geographical elements are complex;the dominant families and genera are prominent;（2） There are 12 areal types of genera in the region,the flora in genera displayed significant temperate feature,but geographical elements are also obvious.（3） There are 15 areal types of species in the region and the flora showed the composition of temperate zone remarkably,although there was a certain relationship with the flora of tropic zone,the transitional characteristics of the flora were clear.
