In the method of nucleo-cytoplasmic interraction male sterility heterosis,Keyang No.7（original code：T97） and T33,the two new triple crossing hybridizations of confection sunflower,were bred by the way of test cross,reciprocal cross,back cross and self cross.These cultivars possessed of fertility,disease resistance and good commodity characters.In Regional Test of Inner Mongolia,the average yield of Keyang No.7 and T33 was 2616.0kg/hm2,which out-yielded the control RH3146 by 15.2% and SH909 by 15.0%.

The early-mature spring maize hybrid Tongdan 36 is crossed by self-selecting inbred chang 453（Female） and Tong 303（male） by maize research center,High Latitude Crops Institute,Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Science.It showed high yield,good quality,diseases resistance,good adaptability in the plot and performance test during 1998-2002.The average yield is 8500～9500kg/hm2.The suitable density planting in the proper early-mature spring maize area is 50 000 plants per hectare.

The experiment was mainly observed and compared on the effect of different chemical priming treatments and soaking time to the Solanum Torvum seed germination,used 500~2000mg/L GA3,0.5%~5.0% KNO3,0.1%~1.0% NaNO3 and 20%~30%PEG as chemical priming solution,The results showed that： the priming treatment of 500mg/L~2000mg/L GA3 significantly enhanced the germination of the Solanum Torvum seeds and the germination rate,the germination.energy and the germination index significantly increased with the increase of the concent ration of GA3,among which 1000mg/L～2000mg/L GA3 soaking 36h was the optimal treatment and the germination rate,the germination energy and the germination index were significantly increased by 27.39%~69.27%、195.33%~234.70%、1662.50%~1493.75% respectively,compared to the control.After treatment with 1000～2000mg/L GA3 soaking 36h,the Solanum Torvum seeds completed germination only requires 9 days,greatly shortened the germination time,the germination energy were significantly higher than those in control which completed germination needs 14 days.20% PEG has significantly promoting effect on the germination of Solanum Torvum seeds,but the germination effect significantly reduced by the increase of the concent of PEG,the germination rate,the germination index and the germination energy significantly decreased by 10.87%,19.06% and 57.25% treatmented with 40% PEG.The germination capacity of Solanum Torvum seeds promoted by 0.5%KNO3 priming solution treatments and the germination rate,the germination index and the germination energy significantly increased by 53.63%,77.56% and 185.71% respectively,compared to the control.The germination capacity of Solanum Torvum seeds inhibited by higher concentration of KNO3 priming solution treatments and significantly decreased with the increase of the concent ration of KNO3.NaNO3 priming solution treatments has no influenced on the germination rate,the germination index and the germination energy.

The Germination characteristics and vigor variation of Elymus canadensis L.seeds with 5 different storage periods were determined to test their degradation process and seed value.The results showed that with the prolonging of storage,different storage time of Elymus canadensis L.seeds has various degrees of dormancy and seed viability.Seed viability,germination potential,germination percentage and germination index took＂parabola＂form.The correlation between these items and storage time were significant.Seeds harvested current year were possible for dormancy.Seeds stored for 1 and 2 years had the highest value.Seeds stored for 4 years has low viability and planting value.

The effects of different fertilizer on the growth,development and quality were studied through field trials by the randomized block design.The results showed that as compared with the CK,the bio-organic compound fertilizer could improve the physical character of soil and ensure growth steadily to form perfect plant figure.It decreased protein content and the difference between total sugar and reducing sugar,while harmonizing the ratio of nitrogen to nicotine and the ratio of total sugar to nicotine,so it improved the chemical quality.The T7 could increase the yield of total leaves and mid-upper leaves significantly.

The test is an research on the spread and apply of the sexing semen of milk cows in high and cold area.The experiment result shows that the pregnancy rate of mature cows（41.64%）is much lower than that of youth milk cows（65.31%）（P0.01）.The comparison of the pregnancy rate of routine semen and sexing semen among the youth milk cow group is not very notable,which are 65.31% and 67.80%,respectively（P0.05）.However,the consequence of that among the grown cow group are 41.64% and 54.03%,which is conspicuous different（P0.01）.The choice of raise methods,collective raise or free style raise,has distinctive effect on the pregnancy rate of sexing semen（P0.05）.The result shows that collective raise is much superior to free style breed.On the other hand,the season factor has little effect on the pregnancy rate of sexing semen（P0.05）.
