Abstract: This paper analyses the eco-tourism resources and tourism market segments of Saihanwula Nature Reserve,and then uses the SWOT analysis to analyze the conditions of developing eco-tourism,on the basis I construct the eco-tourism products system of Saihanwula.The entire eco-tourism products contains three levels-basic level,middle level and the highest level.The product types are composed of sightseeing tourism products,recreation tourism products,popular science tourism products,educational tourism products and environmental protection commonwealth activities.In addition,this paper demarcates six key products:eco-tourism products,well-health tourism products,special geological tourism products,Liao special cultural products,Mongolia customs tourism products and the Jin Dynasty site tourism products.
