Environment Impact Assessment of Overall Planning of Land Use Based on Biological System Service Function Value Theory

Abstract: Ecosystem Services values was applied to assess the environmental impact assessment of the land-use master planning by calculating the ecosystem services value of actual and future land use types in Xiangxiang.In order to minimize the impact to the result of assessment by adjust coefficient of ecosystem services values,the sensitive coefficient was applied.The introduction of the theory of ecosystem services value realizes the combination of qualitative analysis and qualitative assessment of environmental impact of land-use master planning.It is significant to the revision of the land-use master planning.
