    According to the IPCC《IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories in 2006》provides the estimation methods,combined with the first national pollution census data,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region main animal intestinal methane emissions and manure management systems volume was estimated.Through data analysis,2007,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region mainly livestock methane emissions from enteric fermentation system to 689.95Gg,including cows 187.28Gg,other 189.83Gg,breeding ewes 220.37Gg,other 92.47Gg.By 2007,the main livestock methane emissions from manure management systems for a total of 62.75Gg,in which the highest emissions of cows for 33.26Gg,53% of total emissions,methane emissions from manure management systems as a major factor.

    Accarding to local region practical soil situation,the paper analyzed and discussed the effect of soil on adding heavy metals element and poisonous elements to the soil.The result showed this led to accumulate nitrate in soil,to damage soil texture,to accelerate the soil to become acid gradually,to decrease soil micro-organism to act and so on;The author put forward a series of controlling measures.For example,enhancing the awareness of protecting environment,strengthening super-vision and management of soil manure,adding organic fertilizer to the soil,promoting in the proportion of the right kinds and amounts of fertilizer,using suppression matter of nitrate,improving methods of using manure.

    Exceeding rates of pesticide residue parameters in 5280 vegetable samples from Inner Mongolia farmland since 2003s were studied.The results indicated that the Exceeding rates of pesticide residue in vegetables was into a steady fluctuations period after rapid declined,ranged from13.6% in 2003 to nearly five years 4.6 percent,the lowest year to 2.9%,lower than national level during the same period.Green leafy vegetables like in the calendar year exceeding rates of pesticide residues in the highest class of Chinese cabbage,cabbage,followed by eggplant,beans and melons.Higher risk of excessive vegetable varieties are:celery,cabbage,Chinese cabbage and rape,tomato and cucumber.As far as the radish,onion and garlic will become doubly concerned about the vegetables.

    The research of externalities compensation for regional cultivated land protection is an important step to establish compensation mechanism.In this paper,the Hunan province had divided into the deficit area,balance area,and surplus area of cultivated land based on externality theory and the actual situation of Hunan province.The differences between land compensation zoning and traditional food zoning which showed the deterioration trend of Hunan's cultivated land protection and the urgency of compensation have also been compared in this paper.The results provide directional guidance for regional cultivated land protection.

    In order to improve soil quality 、the quality of tobacco and inquire into tobacco soil rhizosphere microbial effecting on straw field.So we do this test to compare the straw field with without straw field.[Method]Using the selective medium,a straw field and the rice field soil for the Tobacco targets,the without straw soil as a control tobacco,the tobacco rhizosphere microbial(mainly bacteria,fungi,actinomycetes) were isolated and measured The results show that the straw can significantly increase the tobacco planting soil rhizosphere microbial,s quantity.As the different types of straw,the rhizosphere microbial,s number is different.Overall,the number of the straw field Tobacco soil rhizosphere bacteria and actinomycetes is largest,and the number of the rice field Tobacco soil rhizosphere bacteria and actinomycetes is less than that,and the blank control group Tobacco soil rhizosphere bacteria and actinomycetes is the least.The number of the blank control group of fungi is the largest,followed by the straw field,the rice field is the least.The rhizosphere of the nitrogen-fixing bacteria,bacterial phosphorus and the potassium separating from the different straw soil mainly belong to Gram-negative bacilli bacteria and belong to a 10 separately.The different conditions of the straw field can effect the three rhizosphere bacteria,s type and quantity.Because of the three soil microbial ratio is a measure of the soil,s fertility.Using the straw field can increase the number of rhizosphere bacteria and actinomycetes and improve the soil,s fertility.
