Abstract: This text uses the meteorological materials of 1971-2000 year of 7 weather stations in Baotou,utilize relevant principles,have calculated the solar radiation resource,power of solar energy and photoelectricity of the whole city are changed,and has made analysis to the use of the solar energy.
