Abstract: The morphological and physiological effects of flower senescence with Pollinating during flower senescence process in Rosa rugosa Thunb.were studied.The results were as follows：in the flower senescence process,comparing to flowers without Pollinating,relative water content of flowers with pollinating was lower,rate of eletricity conductance was higher and flowers were easier to wilt and drop off.These results showed pollinating accelerated the process of flower senescence.
