  • Research Advance of Wheat Breeding in Inner Mongolia since thelOth Five-Year Plan and its Development Suggestion

    Wheat breeding has achieved remarkable success in Inner Mongolia Since "The Tenth Five-year Plan".There are 22 wheat varieties through Inner Mongolia validation,and six wheat varieties through the national validation, wheat breeding appears good momentum of development.But generally speaking, there is still a wide gap between wheat breeding in Inner Mongolia and other provinces,and some pressing issue, such as lower breeding effficiency,backward breeding way and so on. The article summarize and analyze the main progress of wheat breeding in Inner Mongolia in "The Tenth Five-year Plan" period,and puts forward some suggestions for further work.

    Wuchuan area of West-to-east Mountain North was selected to study the affection of different residual stubble height of oats on soil moisture and nutrient content in the experimental field.The study showed that residual stubble effectively increased soil moisture and nutrient content and that organic matter and total nitrogen content were higher than other treatments for residual stubble height of 20cm.The study also showed that soil moisture content increased along with the increasing of the stubble height.

    The morphological and physiological effects of flower senescence with Pollinating during flower senescence process in Rosa rugosa Thunb.were studied.The results were as follows:in the flower senescence process,comparing to flowers without Pollinating,relative water content of flowers with pollinating was lower,rate of eletricity conductance was higher and flowers were easier to wilt and drop off.These results showed pollinating accelerated the process of flower senescence.

    The late-maturing potato variety rather as a test material No.8,conducted a potato mulching,planting conventional flat kind of ridge cultivation,double-level kinds of ridge planting,straw mulching,planting a total of four different modes of comparative studies.The results showed that:a double line of flat ridge plant cultivated potato species best,regardless of the situation from potato emergence,plant growth,disease resistance and tuber yield and rate,the effects are obvious,relatively flat ridge species conventional plant cultivation(ck) yield 26.0%.Followed by plastic mulching,an increase of 10.8.Straw mulching effect is not obvious,only 6.9% yield.

    Jinchun16 is provided by former Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences and High Latitude Crops Institute.F1 was obtained by false removing and mixture harvest.It was hybridized by maternal Ding8654 and paternal 97F1204(Te7014-5×Jinchun16).F2-F3 offspring was dibbled in the field.The individual plant was superior with multiple tiller,big spike and good disease-resistance.F4-F5 is a new spring wheat variety with disease-resistance,anti-adversity,high productivity and no-sensitivity to light.They were collected by combination of pedigree method and bulked-segregation analysis.The agronomic traits are stable.The plants are uniform.It was approved and named by Shanxi Variety Certification Commission in 2009.The preparation before sowing,the seeding period,water and fertilizer,and the field management are simply introduced.

    Risk trend of pesticide residue parameters in 5280 vegetable samples from Inner Mongolia farmland since 2003s were studied.The results showed that in the past eight years exceeded 75% of the pesticides exceeded the probability is less than 5%,20% of the pesticides exceeded the probability of greater than 10%,the high-risk types of pesticide residue parameters were seleted by different type vegetables,for example carbofuran,phorate,Omethoate and chlorpyrifos,but methamidophos outside.The changes of exceeding rates was difference obviously,organic phosphorus pesticide stable reduced,organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides increased year by year,carbamate and other nitrogen-containing pesticides exist by chance fluctuations.Of highly toxic pesticides,especially the control of a new pesticide will be the focus of pesticide regulation.

    The the effects of different frozen preservation ways on chemical compositions of Malus prunifolia(wild) Borkh with different maturity were studied.The results showed that the reduction of titratable acid was significantly inhibited no matter it was quick-freezing or slow-freezing.The effect of Quick-freezing on the reduction of titratable acid was more significant than that of slow-freezing.The effects of quick-freezing and slow-freezing on soluble solid content of Malus micromalus makino with different maturity was also no significant change,especially for the quick-freezing method,it had little influence.The contents of tannins and Vc in Malus micromalus makino with different maturity under different frozen conditions all decreased slowly with time,but the extent of reduction in tannins and Vc for Quick-freezing method was larger than that for slow-freezing method.

    In this experiment,we conducted five different treatments of nitrogen ratio of base and topdressing to winter wheat,the topdressing proportion to the total amount of nitrogen was between 0 and 100%,the amplitude was 20%.The results indicated that winter wheat in the zhuanglang county as the representative of dry and cold areas of loessal soil,nitrogen optimal base fertilizer proportion to the total amount of nitrogen was 69.63%,namely 2/3.

    For Formula Fertilization by soil testing to provide technical parameters,in semi-arid region of silt Heilu soil on the pilot study,the results show that,in the mu base apply farmhouse fertilizer based on 2000 kg,20 kg of urea,ammonium bicarbonate 60 kg water productivity is highest,followed by calcium superphosphate,ammonium phosphate,organic fertilizer and potassium sulfate,its water production efficiency difference.The future soil testing Fertilization extension should be used in nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium used in conjunction,can effectively improve water productivity,acres of abridged edition is added receive 15.06 yuan.

    The paper studied control effect of 6% Thiram-tebuconazole-cypermethin suspension concentrates for seed dressing with the treament of 857 mg,1000mg /kg seeds and 1200 mg/kg seeds on maize head smut.The results showed that control effect reached 72.6%~81.1%,control effect of compound pesticid was higher than that of single use of each pesticid,the recommended dosage of control maize head smut was 857~1000mg/kg seeds(effective content)in production.

    The agricultural eco-tourism is a new agricultural production management style,and a new kind of tourist activity.It is an industry with function of eco-tourism based on developing agriculture.How to help the peasants to increase the income is important in Bohu County in which there are various special agriculture resources.It is really a big deal for increasing the peasants'income,promoting the economy in the rural region,protecting the environment of countryside.Take Bohu county as an example,I analyze the dominant points of resources,location,market of consumers,and policy in developing the agricultural ecotourism.I get the general scores of the 4 regions which indicate that it is a great advantage for Bohu county.because of the various resources in the area from the quantitative evaluation on the 4 regions in which there are conditions to develop agricultural ecotourism by AHP evaluation assessment.The agricultural ecotourism resources can be divided into 3 classes to be developed.In the end,we give the advice to combine the resources of Wulan Zaigesen town,Benbutu town,and Tawinjueken town to develop the ecotourism there in Bohu County.

    This paper taking ecology,geography,sociology,economic theory as a guide,systematicly analyze the main problems of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration ecological spatial structure and their impact factors and shows the structural optimization of the ecological space of the goals and ambitions.The research results show that: Eco-matrix has not yet formed;green patches lack connections between them during natural ecological processes,the important natural space corridor is somewhat blocked,and also,with the capacity of resources and environment gradually weakened.The form of these problems are the comprehensive consequences of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration poor ecological spatial structure of the main problems that the natural factors of the formation of closed and the combined effects of socio-economic factors.Government should through various means to improved regional infrastructure enhance the advantage of Chang-Zhu-tan,and through regional policy,urban planning,such as macro-control means guide the Chang-Zhu-tan to achieve the optimal spatial structure of ecological restructure and promote the overall group of cities sustainable development.

    New linseed cultivar-"Lunxuan-2",was bred by recurrent selection method,using dominant genomic male sterile flax as female parent and tianyaliuhao,lienuote,shangyidatao and jianada L6 as male parents,and was certificated by the National Variety Appraisal Committee in 2006.Its growth period was 100-108 days,oil content 42.56%,higheast lignans content among main domestic varieties and highly resistant to wilt;The drought resistance level was up to the level 1,and also lodging resistant,widely adaptable,and suitable growing in North China.

    The equipment agriculture in the Jiuyuan Destrict was developed earlier,with the political suport of our state and the local government,the developmnet in recent years is rapid,it has already become one of the vegetable productive bases in the city of Baotou and the surounding districts.But as the majority is runned by one family and one home,the sizes of containerizations is somewhat smaller,so that the enlargement of application sizes of sciences method is limited,there are certain problems during the development of sizes and production management.
