Abstract: In Decenber 2010,Hulunbeir climate has several main characters： compared with the same period,the temperature in pastoral and agricultural is abnormally low,partly in forest is between 1℃ lower to normal.Precipitation is 82%～653% higher than it over the years in the same period,of which the precipitation in 12 weather stations is the highest over recently 50 years in the same period.With in a month,the main weather and climate incidents in the city：periodicity low-temperature,frequent snowfall leading so much traffic jam and partly in pastoral appearing snowstorm.
