    Five seedless watermelon varieties were introduced and observed.Their major characteristics such as phenological period,field performance,quality and yield were studied.The results indicated that Zhengkang Seedless No.3,Zhengkang Seedless No.8 and Zhengkang Seedless No.10,were the superior varieties with good marketability,high quality and high yield,etc.They are suitable to be planted in Hetao region of Inner Mongolia.Zhengkang Seedless No.4 and Jintaiyang Seedless No.1 can be planted according to market in Hetao region.

    Study the impact of different cultivation practices on beets yield and quality,through field tests of setting up different intercropping of Chinese cabbage and beets,spraying different enhancers and inhibitors on beets.The result indicates: Intercropping beets was subjected to the planting density and cabbage stress,the yield was significantly reduced than single cropping beets,and production of cabbage and beet 2∶1 intercropping was 28.9% of single cropping,the 2∶2 intercropping was 50.1% of single cropping.Cabbage to stop irrigation after harvest,the beet sugar content of the different cropping patterns had no significant difference,growth regulators had no significant effect on the beet sugar content.Controlling water after the cabbage harvest is the key to ensure and promote the quality of beet sugar.

    Taking the seedling of Agropyron mongolicum Keng as tested material,and establish the optimal SRAP system of Agropyron mongolicum Keng by single factor tests of Mg2+、dNTP、Taq、primer、DNA and orthogonal design approaches of 2×Taq PCR Master Mix、primer、DNA.The results indicated that:10uL reaction system is the most suitable system which containing 2uL 2×Taq PCR Master Mix,0.4umol/Lprimer,60ng template DNA.Using Agropyron mongolicum Keng to test this optimized SRAP system,and the electrophoresis results showed that the amplification bands were clear,highly polymorphic and Simple.This work is a foundation for applying SRAP marker to Agropyron mongolicum Keng molecular biology studies.

    The explant disinfection experiment adopts orchid buds as the tissue culture materials.The results indicate that: after the explant is soaked in 70% alcohol for 30s,and disinfected in 10% sodium hypochlorite solution for 15 ~ 20 min or in 0.5% HgCl2 solution for 5 ~ 8 min,the pollution rate of explant can be effectively reduced,and the survival rate can be increased.

    Referring to the current methods and lab conditions,we could get satisfactory results by using Waters 2695 HPLC with 2998 PDA detector detect the residue of 7 kinds of pesticides(including Imidacloprid,Acetamiprid,Carbendazim,Diflubenzuron,Chlorbenzuron,Phoxim,Abamectin) in vegetables fruits in 30minutes.Using External standard quantitative analysis,the standard curve R2 is between 0.9996 to 0.9999,and the recovery rate is between 87.9% to 105.1%.The sensitivity and the accuracy are all satisfy the requirements of analysis.

    Agriculture investment level is one of the major indexes that determine agriculture modernization degree.This paper is a regional comparison and correlation analysis between application of energy input level,index funds and index of farming and animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia investment level and the output effect.The results showed that agricultural investment rose from 97.6 to 121.2 in Inner Mongolia province from 1990 to 2007,which was lower than average level of eastern China(123.1),of central China(123.8) and of western China(123.8).Inner Mongolia comprehensive modernization level ranked 17 in the whole nation,and first modernization level ranked 13,being the first among five autonomous regions of ethnic minorities.The results of this study can provide a reference to promote agriculture modernization level for other regional and national minority areas in China.

    The strong convection weather is the high frequency disastrous weather in summer in Hulun Buir.Thunderstorms and strong rainfall happens from time to time.Conventional weather chart,automatic weather station encrypted precipitation observation data and radiosonde data was used to analyse strong precipitation process of Hulun Buir city central area from July 25th 2011 08 to July 26th 08.The results show that: firstly,low-level jet brought warm and moist air of the Sea of Japan and the East China Sea into the city.Secondly,with the wind speed and direction changing on the left side of the low-level jet,a low pressure formed and developed.It caused strong ascending motion on the left side of the jet axis.Thirdly,the cold northwest wind brought by the westerly trough conjuncted with moist air.It led to the formation of unstable stratification and offered the most favorable weather conditions for the storm.

    Chidou 3 is a conventional variety,which was selected by cross choose breeding with female parent of public hybridization 9210-11 and male parent of Chidou 1 in Chifeng Academy of Agriclutural and Animal Husbandry Sciences.It was registered by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Varieties Committee in May,2011(Mongolia trial bean 3).Chidou 3 is a mid-mature variety,it was showed high yield,stable yield and multi-resistance at all production experiment levels in 2008~2010.It is adapted planting in Chifeng City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Tongliao City where the tempreture was higher than 10℃,and accumulated temperature is higher than 2700℃.
