Abstract: Taking supply chain game theory as background,study on the coordination of two-echelon supply chain in which upstream enterprise provides the knowledge products to downstream enterprise,supposing the upstream enterprise is the leader,and the downstream enterprise is follower.The upstream enterprise will selects high-efficient operation way from multiple charges and cost sharing mode.The research result is the upstream enterprise can make supply chain coordinated and supply chain profit maximized through proper charging and subsidy strategy.
