Abstract: Based on stratified random selection method,investigate the number and characteristics of the community in Jiamusi. The results showed that： there were 169 vascular plant species.Diversity showed that species richness index （S） ：herb layer〉 shrub layer〉 tree layer; Shannon-wiener Index （H） and Simpson＇s diversity Index （D） show the same,as herb layer〉tree layer〉 shrub layer;Pielou index （J）shown as tree layer〉shrub layer〉herb layer.Recommendations for future maintenance of green plant to enhance the process of tendin~ to increase the introduction of shrubs,and !3romote the improvement of species diversity.
