    Aohan Qi, a county of Inner Mongolia has brought in more advanced energy-saving greenhouse and muhy span greenhouse from Baoding of Hebei Province, which implement the safe production of thermophilic fruits and vegetables without heating in winter season within a cold area about 40 degree of north latitude after adopting measures such as multilayer covering and more. Via serial advanced technology, including heat-insulation wall formed by hollow bricks, fog-free thin film, inside and outside sunshade, microspray irrigation, anti-worm net, enticing worm board and hot coal furnace, we have successfuly carried out formula fertilization and increasing application of biogas residue or biological fertilizer. Application of grafting thchniques of cucumber, eggplant, and fruit bagging cultivation is able to reduce pesticide pollution and improve the quality more efficiently. We provide better solutions to some common problems in facility agriculture, such as poor light absorption and heat preservation of greenhouse, rough structure of bamboo walls, more insect damage and increasing difficulty of continuous cropping. At same time, We provide more practical methods and stratagies for safe farm production in facility agriculture.

    To determine the optimum irrigation scheme for potato drip irrigation,through the different irrigation treatment test to research potato high ridge irrigation technology.The results show that:when growing period precipitation is 102.9mm,with the same test field soil fertility and fertilization conditions,Irrigation quota reached 212.6m^3/667m^2,potato yield reach the peak;Potato rational irrigation quota is 120m^3/667m^2,when potato rational irrigation quota is 120m^3/667m^2,Potato growth period optimal irrigation times is 8-10times.

    Effects of PAA ,PAM and additional water amount on corn yield in arid area were studied through 311-A application of optimal fitting saturated regressive design. The results showed that the effect of single factors on corn yield was: PAM〉PAA〉 additional water amount;the effect of interaction two-factor on corn yield was: PAA+PAM〉PAM+additional water amount〉PAA+ additional water amount.The results after simulated optimization showed the optimal combination was that the PAA was 51kg/ hm^2,PAM was 36kg/hm^2 and additional water amount was 0.302L/point,the yield was 7845.45kg/hm^2.

    The deep tillage was carried out in spring by the deep rotary tillage 30 cm,the deep tillage 30cm and the shallow tillage spin 15 cm.and the soil bulk density,soil water content,the field moisture capacity, the agronomic traits and yield of maize were measured, respectively.The results showed that he rotary tillage 30 cm,the deep tillage 30cm can effectively break the plow pan, and reduced substantially soil density and soil bulk density for 15-35cm soil layer, however,the soil moisture increased.The plant length,the root dry weight,the overground plant dry weight and the LAI improvemented under different deep tillage treatment. The breaking rate of the deep tillage was reduce under different deep tillage treatment in harvest time.The maize yield increased by 22.10% and 25.93%,respectively,compared with the control.

    This experiment use the spring rape,green rapeo-46 as the tested materials.Through cutting the leaves of this kind of rape in its period of flowering, we try to find the effect on the differentiation and formation on the organ of sink by reducing the source.The research shows that: cutting the leaves of rape which means reducing the source area,affected the accumulation of photosynthetic product,which directly cause the height of the plant reduce,stems become thinner, branching angles decreases, silique number decreased,thousand seed weight increased,silique size,PPA and SNPA decreased,biological yield and economic yield decreased.And the research also shows that cutting the leaf have bigger influence on the branching yield than cutting the Lord inflorescence.and cutting more reducin~ more,also cutting small leaves have bigger influence than cutting the large leaves.

    To find the best combination in optimum sowing rate and N,P and K of proso millet high yield,The orthogonal experimental design method was used on Chishu-2,The Yield,Agronomic Traits and Fertility in different Sowing Rate and Fertilizer was recorded.The regression equation between them was builded,the maximum value of production,plant height,ear length,kernel weight per spike,aboveground biomass,grain weight,density,stem diameter was determined in regression equation, The results showed that:The production and aboveground hiomass increased with increasing density;between kernel weight per spike and seeding rate is inversely,kernel weight per spike is reduced follow the increase of seeding rate;increasing P fertilizer can make the straw and spike length increase;the heading date,flowering,maturity has little change in nine combinations,the heading date of proso millet of is around July 25,flowering is about August 3,mature in about September 7.The differential that fist day and the last day of growth stage up in nine combinations is 4 days.

    This study on ginger plantlet planting in greenhouse,results indicate that higher temperature and seedling refining and moisturizing can improve the plantlet survival rate obviously.Shading and moisturizing for 10 days is the best method for the plantlet surviving. Suitable spacing can get higher yield per plant. The ratio of peat and vermiculite (1:1) is both saving cost and getting higher survival rate for the ginger plantlet.

    The flowering period,the characteristics of floral structure,pollen viability,fructification rate in Robinia hispida L. were studied in this article.The results were as follows:The blooming period was from early May to late August and lasted 100 days;Single inflorescence lasted 7-10 days and single flower lasted 3-5 days.Flowering sequence was from middle part to top and bottom part in a tree,and from bottom part to top part in a inflorescence.The flower was hermaphroditic flower with 10 stamens which included one part of 9 stamens and another part of 1 stamen and 1 pistil covered with white villuses;Stamens matured before pistil.Pollen viability was high as 87% but the rate of fruit setting was 0.

    This paper analyzed correlation between adopting new agricultural technologies and influencing factors on Tomato- planting farmers' and statistical data,based on the field investigation data from 226 peasant households in Bazhou of Xinjiang. Results showed that age of farmers,no-leader, manpower scale,Experience planting tomato, character of technology,no-training, satisfaction of agricultural extension technicians have positive effect on behavior of adopting new technology,while household education level and choosing the time-training have negative effect.Regression results of binary logit model indicate that sex and age of farmers, household education level, no-leader, planting acreage, and irrigation technology have significant impact on farmers' behavior towards adopting new tomato-planting technology.

    The study area was conducted in meadow Alkaline soil at the Tumochuan plain.The research target grassland was improved by desulphurization gypsum before 5 years and kept grazing to now.The saline-alkali soil characteristics and stability were analyzed concretely.Effect in improvement of alkaline soil were analyzed through the method of plot experiment with located monitoring.The results showed: the degree of alkalization of each treatment kept essence of stabilization in the 0cm - 20cm soil layer and 20cm-40em showed the rising tread, but it was less than the control;it is obvious effect that was improved. All of the soil pH values were rising at 0em-20cm layer and there were less that 9.0 that it was still lower than control.The pH values change very slowly that it had a better stability. The total salt of each improved treatment are decreased at 0cm-20cm soil layer and 20em-40em soil layer has different trends. It indicates different treatments showed different improved effect and stability.In the 0cm-40cm soil layer, the content of salt results is lower in 2011 than 2006,it is more validate 52 is the optimum treatment area.

    Cereal cyst nematodes in the Heterodera avenae group are recognized as one of the important pest of wheat in China. In order to seek for the biocontrol agents for CCN,20 parasitic fungi were isolated from CCN cysts and eggs, which was evaluated in pots.Eleven isolates (Z2 and Z4) provided good control of CCN in pots,with average control efficacy reach 50%.Z2 and Z4 strains respectively belonged to Pleosporalesand Paecilomyces sp through morphological characteristics observation and ITS sequence assayed.Then it preliminary studied on the biological characteristics of the two strains.

    Based on Micaps Observation data ,a dust storm over Huhhot,Inner Mongolia, in of 2011 (i.e.,29-30 April) is studied. By analysis of atmospheric circulation, physical quantity,the results indicated that the Mongolian cyclone and cold front are major effect system of the dust storm weather. Upper-level jet stream was main factor to the sand storm. Temperature advecfion, unstable stratification, vertical velocity and divergence have a good correspondence with the dust storm from outbreak to decline.
