Abstract: Taking the land development and consolidation project of Donggao village and Xigao village in Longsang temple town of Shanghe county in Shandong Province as an example,this paper evaluates the comprehensive benefit of the land development and consolidation project by using component analysis （AHP）,and fuzzy evaluation method.From economy,society, ecology and landscape,it designed the index system of land development and benefit evaluation which composes of Economic efficiency indicators,social efficiency indicators,ecological efficiency indicators and landscape efficiency indicators.The study does a beneficial exploration about the benefit evaluation of the land development and consolidation.By doing so,it will be a help for the successful implementation of the land development and consolidation project,and also help achieve the expected effect.
