Abstract: It is an important part of the soil testing and fertilizing subsidy program to use the survey statistics of soil testing and fertilizing ,and to run the evaluation of arable land,By way of evaluating of arable land,we can classify and give the grade to land fertility,analyze the distribution, area,capacity,main barriers, direction of using, improvement strategy.It can give an important scientific foundation to promote agricultural structure,carry on the testing and fertilizing technology,develop the green agriculture, strengthen the protection and construction of arable land＇s quality,make usable land better and promote ecological construction.
