Abstract: 314A was the result of selective breeding by Seed Farm at Aohan Banner, Chifeng, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.With the traits of dwarf plant,stable sterility, short growth period,good combining ability etc.this paper gives Breeding and the Characters of 314A and the Characters of derived hybrid of 314A.
