Abstract: The use of Yakeshi city 1961-2010 year annual average temperature, annual precipitation,wind,frost-free days of Yakeshi city in recent 50 years climate change and drought waterlogging occurrence characteristics. Analysis results show that： in the past 50 years,Yakeshi City,the annual average temperature is rising,the average increase of 0.32~C/10.The annual average temperature of wave crest and trough are clearly on the rise,which has 12-20 year cycle peaks, troughs have 10-16 year cycle; annual precipitation variation is not particularly evident; drought and flood occurrence probability of showing a tendency to increase;gale days showing a decreasing trend;frost-free period basically has no obvious change.
