Abstract: With the continuous improvement of the level of China＇s socio-economic development and urbanization,the demand of land resources,the contradiction between supply and demand of land resources has been increasing,and the urban underground space development scale has been expanding gradually,while the corresponding utilization of underground space rights of land use has not been standardized,legalized and scientific.Therefore,in this paper,the definition of urban underground space rights of land use,the type of utilization of urban underground space rights of the land use,urban underground space of use right of land use and so on were discussed from the point of the current practice and situation of development and utilization of underground space.
