    This paper focuses on the shortage of farmers' funds in rural Inner Mongolia.According to the survey of the farmer household samples,there were more than 75% of the farmers who obtained loans either from formal financial including commercial banks and credit unions or from informal finance such as friends and relatives.The farmers selected the financing channels between formal and informal financial by the usage of the funds.The funds obtained from formal finance were spent on agricultural production,and the funds obtained from informal financial were used in life,education,health care and other expenditures.Moreover,low-income and small-scale farmers were more difficult to obtain loans from the formal financial.

    In order to increase the emergence rate,yield and economical benefit of maize under conservational tillage,the effects of different irrigation quantity before sowing on emergence rate,soil water content,yield and economical benefit were studied.The results showed that:the emergence rate,water content in different soil layers,botanical characters,yield,total income and net income of irrigation with stubble leaving and irrigation with stubble breaking and rotary tillage all higher than that of noirrigation with stubble leaving,and the emergence rate of irrigation with stubble leaving and irrigation with stubble breaking and rotary tillage increased by 5.48% and 6.38% than that of no-irrigation with stubble leaving.The soil water content in different soil layers showed a "M" trend.The yield of irrigation with stubble leaving and irrigation with stubble breaking and rotary tillage increased by 13.6% and 14.7% than that of no-irrigation with stubble leaving,the net income increased by 11.7% and 9.9% per mu.So irrigation before sowing can increase the emergence rate and yield of maize.

    Objective The purpose of this experiment is to induce calli with stem sections and leaves of dill as explants,and lay the foundation of dill regeneration system establishment.Methods The dill seeds were incubated in warm water containing 0.1 mg/L gibberellic acid(GA) in shaker for 1-2 h,then planted in pots.The stem sections and leaves were separated from the cultivated plants,and dipped into mercuric chloride to sterilize for 4 min and 3 min,respectively.Afterwards,these explants were settled on culture medium for callus induction.Results The suitable culture mediums for callus induction from stem section and leaf were MS +sucrose +agar +2.0mg/L6-BA +0.5mg/L NAA and MS +sucrose +agar +2.0mg/L6-BA +0.7mg/L NAA,respectively. Conclusion In this paper,we have established the callus induction system with stem sections and leaves of dill successfully.

    Malva verticillata L.is a valuable medicinal plant in Mongolian pharmacy.In this paper,we carried out callus induction experiments with leaves and stem sections from this plant as explants,and laid a solid foundation for future rapid propagation and cell culture.The optimized experiment protocols were as follows.The leaves and stems were sterilized in HgCl 2 for 50 s or 2.5 min,and then placed on the developed medium containing MS,30g/L sucrose,7g/L Agar,0.4mg/L NAA,3mg/L 6-BA and 200mg/ L vitamin C.

    The effect of the Community characteristics of Stipa baicalensis meadow grassland under different grazing intensities were studied.The result shown that:The average height,density,coverage and biomass of the community in fence zero-grazing, moderate grazing,heavy grazing followed a decreasing trend,and there are significant differences.Plant species under different grazing intensity is not much difference and important value fluctuations was more stable communities.

    The paper carrried on a more comprehensive empirical analysis to China and Five Central-Asian Countries industry complementarity and the trade potential of agricultural product with industrial structure similarity index,relative dependence degree of foreign trade index,degree of trade combination index and trade complementarity index.The result indicates that Tajikistan、Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan have high complementarity with China in agriculture industrial structure;the products which have high trade complementary between China and Five Central-Asian also have high relative dependence degree of foreign trade for opposite party;Trade complementarity of the Five Central Asian countries to China is higher than China to the Five Central Asian countries;apart from Turkmenistan,china keeps close relation with the other four Central Asian States; cooperation of the Five Central-Asian countries except Uzbekistan and China are loose.Our country should appropriately increase import of agriculture products from the Five Central-Asian countries to enhance agricultural trade and economic cooperation between the two sides.

    Hairy vetch(Vicia villosa Roth.) is the main green manure crops with character of drought tolerance,cold resistance, fast growth in north China,but there were little study on its hig-yield cultivation and seed breeding technology.So an experiment of the influence of sowing date,seeding rate and fertilizer rate on grass and grain yield of hairy vetch was carried out in the northern foot of Yinshan Mountain in Inner Mongolia.The results showed that the grass yield of hairy vetch was mainly influenced by the seeding rate,and the followed by seeding time and the fertilizer rate.The highest grass yield was in the treatment of sowing on May 10-25,seeding rate of 45.0~82.5kg/hm 2 and fertilizer amount of 45-135kg/hm 2.The effects of these factors on grain yield were different with on the grass yield and the influence was as follows: the sowing time fertilizer amount seeding rate.In conclusion,early sowing in good time(April 25-May 10 seeding),rational close planting(seeding rate 15-60 kg/hm 2) and proper amount of chemical fertilizer(dap of 45-90kg/hm 2) were the key to obtain high yield of grain.

    In this article,the spatio-temporal characteristics and causality analysis of precipitation anomalies in November 2011 are analyzed.The results show that the precipitation feature in Hohhot is typical,mainly characterized by the following 3 features: The rainfall feature of Hohhot presents strong extremes and apparent phases,meanwhile the precipitation is mainly concentrated in the middle part of Hohhot,while South and north part is small.In November,the Middle West of Inner Mongolia lies in the flat westerlies on 500hPa height field.During that time,the shortwave trough appears frequently,the southern trough is active and the western Pacific subtropical high lies more westward,which lead to warm and wet flow coming from southwest transporting northward.Corresponding to the east part of Northwest China,the precipitation in south central Inner Mongolia is more than normal.The anomaly of rainfall is caused by a response to the La Nina event which stated in September 2011 and the development and enhancement of La Nina event ever since.

    The annual variation and monthly changes of hail and its spatial distribution were analyzed in Hohhot city based on the climate data from 1971 to 2009 by six weather stations,with that,the disastrous weather dominated by hail hazard zoning has been conducted using GIS.The results showed that the frequency of hail reduced year by year on Hohhot regions,hailstones were mainly focused on May to September,number of hail days was greater in summer and hail happened occasionally in late spring and early autumn.Danger classes occurred hail had gradually reduced from the south to the north in Hohhot city,the highest of danger classes was in Wuchuan region,Tuo county,Helin and Qingshuihe belonged lower danger classes,other places were medium regions.
